1. Digital Nature of Services
MAXPDF EDITOR LTD provides digital tools and software for PDF editing, conversion, encryption, and e-signature purposes. Once access to our digital services is granted, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable.
2. No Refunds on Subscription Plans
All subscription purchases (monthly, quarterly, or annual) are non-refundable once payment is processed. By completing a purchase, you agree to this no-refund policy.
3. Exceptions (If Applicable)
We may offer a refund under the following exceptional circumstances:
- You were charged more than once for the same service
- You experienced a critical technical error that prevented access to our platform, and our support team was unable to resolve it within 7 business days
- You were billed in error for a service you did not sign up for

4. Auto-Renewal Policy
Subscriptions auto-renew by default unless cancelled before the renewal date. It is the user’s responsibility to manage or cancel subscriptions before they renew. No refunds will be issued for auto-renewed periods.
5. Free Trials or Promotions
If a free trial is offered, cancellation must occur before the trial ends to avoid billing. Refunds are not issued once a paid subscription begins after the trial.
